PGA Golf Professional Jeff is the Director of Golf at Puntacana Resort and Club in Puntacana, Dominican Republic. He is a PGA Class A member and also owns his own golf management company. He has over 20 years of professional teaching experience throughout the world. He has served as the Head Golf Professional and Director of Instruction at exclusive private and resort golf courses in the United States and Europe. Jeff spent five years as the Teaching Professional at the prestigious Bay Colony Golf Club in Naples, Florida. Jeff has also worked with numerous top 100 teachers throughout his golfing career. He has extensive instructional experience with both men and women golfers including beginners, high to low handicappers, tour professionals and juniors. He also speaks fluent German.
Jeff has a very simple, yet effective approach to teaching. The goal is to have his student understand their own swing, decide what they would realistically like to achieve, and then implement a proper training program tailored specifically for that player. He understands that everyone has an individual swing and every player has different limitations to what they can do. He stresses the fundamentals of a proper grip, stance, aim, setup, and swing plane. Jeff uses video/computer analysis and a variety of teaching aides to help his students see, feel and understand how to make the changes necessary to improve their ball flight and consistency.
