What are the benefits of customized golf instruction?
At VIP Golf Academy, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method of teaching. We only offer personalized instruction, to be discussed between the player and their golf professional.
Should I be grouped with other players at my level?
Due to the personal nature of VIP’s teaching methods, you will never be placed with strangers. If you are attending alone, it will only be you and your golf professional. If you are booking with others, it will only be your group and your golf professional.
We have found over years of experience that two days 1:1 with a golf professional is much more valuable than four days in a small group.
What skill level are golf schools good for?
VIP Golf Academy’s PGA and LPGA Professionals have an average of over 20 years of experience. The #1 reason to choose VIP Golf Academy over all the other golf schools is for the ability to be paired with a TOP PGA or LPGA Teacher. This is what you’re paying for.
With that in mind, our golf professionals are seasoned veterans at teaching students of all skill levels. Whether it is your first time holding a club or you’re looking to tweak a 50-year-old golf swing, our pros are more than up to the challenge.

What time of year are golf schools offered?
At VIP Golf Academy, a golf school’s schedule is tailored around the student’s wants and needs. We are able to offer all of our students the opportunity to golf at any time during the year at one of our golf schools in the USA, weather permitting. You pick the dates, we do the rest!
What does a typical day at a golf school look like?
A typical day at VIP Golf Academy consists of 5 hours of schooling. The price you pay includes your professional instruction, daily lunches, and club storage. Your PGA Professional will develop a plan based on your current status and cover every aspect of the game.
An example of a typical day with VIP Golf Academy:
- 9:00 AM Warm-up session and on-range assessment
- 9:30-11:30AM Full swing session
- Break for lunch
- 12:00-2:00PM Short game session and/or on-course instruction
Golfers are welcome to enjoy more practice after school if desired!
This is just a basic outline of what a day at VIP Golf Academy could look like. The outline can change depending on the student’s needs, and timing can be discussed between the Pro and the student!
When should I book a golf school trip?
It would be wise to book your golf school a few months in advance to ensure availability of location, accommodations, and your golf professional on the exact dates you desire.
However, being that we are a one-to-one golf school, we are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings!
What is VIP Golf Academy’s payment policy?
A deposit of 50% of the total payment is due upon booking. The remaining balance will be due one week before the first day of your golf school.
What is VIP Golf Academy’s cancellation policy?
The remaining balance of the golf school will be invoiced 14 days before the school takes place, to be paid upon receipt.
Deposits are refundable before 30 days prior to your scheduled golf school. Deposits are non-refundable within the 30 day period, however you can use the payment as a credit to reschedule your golf school.
Inside the 14 day period, there can be no lessening of the number of days attending. Any postponements or changes (excluding extending a golf school to include additional days) made inside 14 days are subject to a $500 per person administrative fee.
Refunds to debit/credit cards incur a 2.5% processing fee.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date.
What is VIP Golf Academy’s policy in case of a rainout?
We will do everything possible to ensure our students are satisfied with the scheduled dates for their school. If that is not possible, any days missed can be added to your next school.
